This project for Children’s Hospital entails the expansion and renovation of the Campus in Uptown New Orleans. The Master Facility Plan outlines a preliminary project program which includes a (600) Vehicle Parking Garage, 230,000 SF of new construction including the Surgical/ICU Tower, expansion of the existing Central Utility Plant and the new two-level public circulation Concourse. The project also includes 105,000 SF of renovation in the Center & West Towers, Research Building and Ambulatory Care Center. This phased project will have a construction duration of approximately (43) months, a project cost of $225M with a construction budget totaling $145M. Lemoine’s contract is part of a larger $300M transformation at CHNOLA.
