Located on the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s campus, this upperclassmen apartment community consists of 5 residential buildings that create a pedestrian-friendly living environment with direct connection to the core of campus.

The development spans 281,000 SF and encompasses 213 units with 589 beds. A large community clubhouse is located on the ground floor of the central housing building and features a community pool and expansive outdoor spaces. A fitness center, resident lounge and game room, business center, sand volleyball court, outdoor grills, and fire pits are also among the development’s amenities. Apartment units feature granite counter-tops, plank flooring throughout, full-size washer and dryers, and are fully furnished with full-size beds.

A pedestrian bridge, concrete sidewalks, multiple courtyards, and parking areas were also part of the project’s scope.
