Delivered through the Design-Build delivery method, the project expanded University Medical Center’s parking capacity with a new garage. The first floor offers commercial office space fronting Tulane Avenue.

The parking garage facility includes the following program elements:

1365 Parking Spaces over Seven (7) Levels
Pre-Stress Pre-Cast Concrete Design
Auger Cast Deep Foundation Systems
Barrier Rails and Guards
Elevator Systems
Underground Storm Drainage Retention System
Parking Control Systems for the Existing and New Garage
Roughly 16,000 SF of Retail Space (Shelled) Along Tulane Avenue
