The 170,000 square foot medical complex includes a free-standing emergency room, outpatient services such as lab, imaging services such as CT, ultrasound, X-ray and MRI. In addition, the facility houses physician offices, including specialists. In addition to a 24/7 Emergency Room Department, patients will have access to transfer services of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge when needed. Trauma patients will be transferred via helicopter.
The new Our Lady of the Lake Livingston also hosts a retail pharmacy, lab, food vendor, and community center room. In addition to the 170,000 square foot MOB this property includes: 7,330 sf central plant, 240,000 sf concrete access roads, and 227,000 sf asphalt parking areas.
The facility is located just off I-12 providing easy access for the community.
