Located in Lafayette, Louisiana, this is the second CMaR project Lemoine provided to Lafayette Parish School System under the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) delivery method.
The Performing Arts Academy is a 21,350 SF addition to the existing Comeaux High School Campus. The addition consists of a black box theatre, dance room, strings room, guitar room, and music media center.
The building structure exists of load bearing CMU with steel joists and deck. Façade includes brick veneer, storefront and curtainwall glazing systems.
