LEMOINE is providing construction services for the addition and renovation project at Beauregard Health System in DeRidder, Louisiana, aimed at expanding critical healthcare services and enhancing the patient experience across the campus.

The multi-phase project includes a new emergency department addition, extensive site improvements, and renovations to existing hospital spaces to support the growing needs of the community. Ongoing site work includes utility upgrades, improved circulation, parking enhancements, and infrastructure improvements designed to support both daily operations and long-term campus growth.

As part of the project, LEMOINE recently completed the third-floor renovation of the Women’s Center, creating a modernized environment that brings together comprehensive women’s health services, including gynecological care, breast health services, menopause management, and prenatal and postnatal care.

The project also included new labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) suites designed to provide mothers with a comfortable, private environment to give birth, recover, and bond with their newborns. Amenities such as adjustable lighting, comfortable furnishings, and dedicated nursing support enhance the experience for both patients and their families.

The client’s vision was to create a holistic, supportive environment that prioritizes the physical and emotional needs of women while fostering comfort, safety, and personalized care. Supporting that vision has remained at the forefront throughout every phase of construction while maintaining active hospital operations and minimizing disruption to staff and patients.
