Jax Brewery, a unique New Orleans landmark, was once the brewing and bottling house of Jax Beer from 1891 until the mid 1970s. Today the converted brewery holds exclusive and distinctive New Orleans shops as well as nationally known stores.
The millhouse and marketplace, located in the French Quarter of New Orleans, suffered damage from Hurricane Ida in 2021.
Scope includes roof replacement, mechanical equipment replacement, stucco restoration on rear elevation, window replacement & associated trim, and exterior paint.
