In the summer of 2025, following an extensive regulatory approval process, Delta Utilities officially became the natural gas provider for New Orleans – bringing a fresh, modern approach to utility service in the city. Shortly after, the Louisiana-born, New Orleans-based company began developing its new corporate headquarters in the heart of downtown. LEMOINE was selected to deliver the fast-tracked interior fit-out, targeting completion within just four months. The project spans multiple phases across the 30th and 31st floors and includes conference rooms, private offices, open workspaces, and a breakroom – all designed to reflect Delta’s forward-thinking brand and operational needs.
