The Ascension Episcopal School is a new construction multi-building campus located within the Sugar Mill Pond development in Youngsville, Louisiana. The campus master-plan includes approximately nine (9) buildings including classrooms, administrative buildings, gymnasiums, athletic fields, drives and parking. Phase I included site civil improvements including earthwork, sewer and water distribution systems, and asphalt paving, among others. The two story Upper School building is approximately 47,000 SF, constructed of structural steel, and includes classrooms, computer labs, library, and faculty work areas. The 34,537 SF athletic complex houses the gymnasium, state-of-the-art weight room, and associated offices.
