The new office building will feature modern collaborative workspaces, conference and meeting rooms, shared common areas, designated printer/copier stations, kitchen facilities, and restrooms. Renovations to the Central Admin Building (CAB) will enhance accessibility and promote more efficient collaboration among employees and co-located teams, as well as with visiting personnel. The scope of work also includes all necessary utility and infrastructure tie-ins to support the building’s operations.
