A new development on the grounds of Pinnacle Entertainment’s existing facility in Harvey, Louisiana, this project included the addition of an on-site hotel. The new 90,230 SF five story hotel includes 150 guest rooms, a fitness center, and conference space. The new addition is connected to Boomtown’s existing facility via covered walkway and also brings a supplementary 210 space parking lot. The newly constructed hotel allows Boomtown to attract new guests while also providing enhanced amenities to existing guests.
