Located on the West Bank of the Mississippi River in Port Allen, Louisiana, this project entails construction of a single-story light industrial Sortation Center on a 64 acre site. The 278,435 sf Facility includes 261,553 sf of warehouse and 16,882 sf of Office and is composed of concrete tilt-up exterior load-bearing wall panels, steel column, truss framing and decking roof construction. Specialty Construction including 50,000 sf of slab on ground and equipment for robotics, IT, security, 78 loading dock and doors, turnstiles ESFR sprinkler system with fire pump and tank. The site includes over 900,000 SF of asphalt and concrete paving, guard shacks, canopies, retention pond, sewer lift station, generator and electric vehicle charging stations.
