Located in Lafayette’s premier Village of River Ranch, Camellia Tower V sits at the corner of Settlers Trace and Camellia Boulevard. This project consisted of a four-story, 51,605 SF office building shell and core. LEMOINE also went on to complete the interior spaces for the anchor tenant, Whitney Bank, consisting of 20,000 SF of the overall building space. The new Whitney Bank location will serve as the new regional headquarters for the Lafayette, Central Louisiana, and Morgan City markets. The new office space will house approximately 50 bank associates and all of Whitney’s lines of business. Additional tenants include the law firm of Perret Doise, who occupy half of the fourth floor. This is the ninth commercial project LEMOINE has constructed in the Village of River Ranch.
