The new facilities will be comprised of an approximately 57,000 SF Hospital and up to 40,000 SF for a new Medical Office Building that will house a Rural Health Clinic, Hospital Administration, Cancer Services, Specialty Clinic space and Sleep Study services. The current existing 38,045 SF portion of the hospital built in the 1950’s will be demolished, and the newer 32,831 SF addition of the hospital that was built in the 1970’s will be renovated and added to for a complete and operational community hospital. Civil and site work will be included as part of the scope of work including relocation of the existing helipad to a new location.
