Located within the Riverchase Office Building in Covington, Louisiana, this 5,187 SF office build-out features 13 offices including a shared cubicle area, a conference room, plot room, full kitchen and a collaborative huddle room. Finishes include polished concrete floods, ceiling clouds, a custom slat wall with DDG’s logo and quartz countertops.

This project required particular consideration of coordination and flexibility with Owner Furnished Equipment. LEMOINE’s ability to communicate and manage the DIRTT wall partition installation with Owner contracted vendors made this project a success.
