Renovation of an existing 43,835 SF Hotel Indigo located in downtown Baton Rouge, LA. The Hotel contains 93 guestrooms, 2 suites, board room, fitness area, and lobby bar. The scope of work includes but is not limited to replacement of most public space and guestroom finishes and fixtures, as well as the replacement of soft-goods and case-goods in all areas of the Hotel. It also includes painting the exterior of the building, providing new brand signage, and replacing PTAC HVAC units in each guest room.
