Construction of the new Edward Hynes Charter School consisting of two buildings totaling approximately 70,000 SF in which one building houses Administration and Academics, and the second building facilitates the Cafeteria, Food Service and Band Room.  This is the third location of the Hynes Charter Schools serving students from K through 8th grade and occupies a portion of The University of New Orleans’ Campus along Leon C. Simon Drive where courses for Gifted & Talented, French Immersion, Computer Literacy, Physical Education, Music, Band, and Gifted in the Arts and Theatre are offered. The project scope consisted of Deep Foundations, Structural Steel, Metal Stud Framing, TPO Roofing, Stucco, Cement Board Siding, Curtain Wall, Concrete Paving, Tru-Grid Pavers, Landscaping, an outside Basketball Court, and a Soccer Field.
