Jax Brewery, a unique New Orleans landmark, had once served as the brewing and bottling house of Jax Beer from 1891 until the mid-1970s. The converted brewery later became home to exclusive and distinctive New Orleans shops as well as nationally recognized retailers. The millhouse and marketplace, located in the French Quarter, sustained damage during Hurricane Ida in 2021. The project scope included roof replacement, mechanical equipment replacement, stucco restoration on the rear elevation, window replacement with associated trim, and exterior painting.
