This project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art 31,000 SF ambulatory surgery center for Louisiana Orthopedic Specialists in Lafayette, Louisiana. Designed for efficient same-day surgical care, the facility features six operating rooms, two procedure rooms, 26 pre/post-operative bays, and four stage-two recovery bays, ensuring optimal patient care and recovery.
