Located on the former site of LSU AgCenter’s greenhouse facilities, Azalea and Camellia Halls encompass 247,460 SF and a combined total of 881 beds for new students. These two residence halls were constructed as part of the third phase of a multi-phase collaboration between Louisiana State University and a public-private partnership (P3) for student housing development. This project came with additional site improvements including interconnecting sidewalks, new parking area on the northeast side, sewer lift station, landscaping, and site furniture.
