This project consists of the complete renovation of upper three floors of medical laboratory research areas, including re-configuring the layouts of all labs, offices, toilet room, and support spaces, major upgrades to ventilation systems and to and all electrical and mechanical systems, and improvements to the building exterior and fenestration.
The lower floors of the Medical Education Building will remain occupied throughout the duration of construction.
This phased project has completed the preconstruction phase, which LEMOINE participated in with other project stakeholders. Our preconstruction team helped move the project forward, providing numerous options to the owners to maintain the project budget.
