LEMOINE recently began renovations of the guest rooms and suites at Margaritaville Resort Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana. This project involves the demo and replacement of all existing finishes in the guest rooms and guest floor corridors including carpet, LVT, floor tile, wall tile, wall coverings, and paint. LEMOINE is furnishing and installing millwork wall panels in the guest rooms and elevator lobby. This includes the demo and re-installation of the existing shower glass. The project also includes furnishing and installing new plumbing fixtures and installation of owner supplied light fixtures.
