LEMOINE recently completed renovations at Margaritaville Resort Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana, focusing on guest rooms and suites. The scope included the demolition and replacement of all finishes in guest rooms and floor corridors, such as carpet, LVT, floor tile, wall tile, wall coverings, and paint. The project also featured the furnishing and installation of millwork wall panels in guest rooms and elevator lobbies, as well as the removal and reinstallation of existing shower glass. Additionally, new plumbing fixtures were furnished and installed, along with the installation of owner-supplied light fixtures.
