Our second project with Seefried Industrial Properties, Inc., the scope of work includes the construction of a 56,000 SF warehouse to be used by Amazon. The facility will be constructed using a tilt-up concrete system on an existing agricultural field. Additional work includes timber pile deep foundations, slab on grade foundations, joist and metal deck roof structure with TPO roofing, ESFR sprinkler system with diesel fire pump and fire water tanks, heavy and light duty concrete, and asphalt paving.
