This project is being constructed on the North Oaks Medical Center Campus in Hammond, LA. The COB II will be a 5 story building with total of 80,000 – 90,000 square feet which will encompass the ground area where currently a parking lot exists at the east of the existing Medical Office Building (MOB).
The Project is to connect to the existing MOB with a covered street-over canopy between the project and the existing Clinic Office Building (“COB”). Primary elements of the project include but are not limited to: clinic exam/procedure rooms and associated staff work spaces, patient and staff access and circulation pathways, public lobby/waiting areas, and staff and public elevators. In addition, some re-work of Paul Vega MD Drive will be included to improve access and traffic flow to both the existing COB and new COB II buildings. The project is intended to be built ground up and fully built out at each level.
