Construction of new 17,260 SF central energy center on the campus of the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. Project consists of new concrete tilt wall panels and steel structure, with concrete foundations, drilled piers, and TPO roofing system. Interior finishes are minimal. All exterior louvers are provided by Southland for installation by LEMOINE. Utilities, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, & Fire Protection scopes of work are by Southland under a separate contract.
