Project consists of new concrete tilt wall panels and steel structure, with concrete foundations, drilled piers, and TPO roofing system. Interior finishes are minimal. All exterior louvers are provided by Southland for installation by LEMOINE. Utilities, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, & Fire Protection scopes of work are by Southland under a separate contract.
