Contracted by the Lafayette Airport Commission, this project involved the demolition and re-development of an existing 24-acre site adjacent to Lafayette Regional Airport. Extensive utility relocation and the expansion of Highway 190 were part of the site development scope of work. The building portion of the project included seven (7) separate buildings: heavy hangar, light hangar, shops, administration, and test cell room, totaling 265,000 SF. Extensive fixed-wing aircraft maintenance equipment including blasting booths, paint spray booths, and engine test stands were also part of the contractor’s scope of work.

Lemoine is currently constructing the new Lafayette Regional Airport Terminal.
