The Chase South Tower in downtown Baton Rouge, opened it’s doors in 1967. In 2018, the building was purchased by Wampold Companies, who already owned the adjacent Chase North Tower property in addition to three other commercial structures downtown.

The South Tower is being reimagined, and reconstructed, as Rivermark Centre.
