The Chase South Tower in downtown Baton Rouge, opened it’s doors in 1967. In 2018, the building was purchased by Wampold Companies, who already owned the adjacent Chase North Tower property in addition to three other commercial structures downtown.
The South Tower is being reimagined, and reconstructed, as Rivermark Centre. The mixed-use property will feature retail and restaurants on the ground floor, office space on the second through ninth floors, and 144 high-end apartments on the upper floors. Residential units will offer unique views of downtown Baton Rouge all around including Luxarodo, Riverscape, Riviera, Bridgewater, and Cityscape.
Community amenities include a rooftop bar, fire pit, outdoor green space, clubhouse, full-service bank and ATM, private residential elevators, controlled building access, parking garage with direct elevator access, on-site controlled access, controlled access entry.
Apartment Amenities include naturally lit, open floor plans, exposed concrete ceilings, wood floors throughout, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas ranges, and tiled backsplash. Units also feature Double bathroom vanities, standalone glass wall showers, washer and dryers, and private balconies.
