The New Shell Norco Administration Building is approximately 80,000 SF and 3 stories tall. Constructed using timber piles foundations, cast in place concrete structure, masonry veneer, and aluminum curtainwall glazing system with sun screens. The interiors follow the Work Well with Shell Guidelines. The project is managed as Mode 2, with minimal Mode 1 activity where the plant temporarily modified the fence line to position the work area “outside” the plant security limits, eliminating the need for TWIC access. The Project also consists of removal and replacement of site paving, hardscape, and landscape around the new building.
