LEMOINE has mobilized at the site of the demolished Grand Marche Shopping Center in Lafayette, LA to bring The Forum to life. The development will include dining, shopping, community green space, 24-hour security, and more. LEMOINE is excited to work with this collaborative group to further develop Lafayette with a space for individuals and entrepreneurs to share ideas and innovate. Project consists of Buildings A, C & D retail Shell and Core structures of approximately 16,705 SF, located along Johnston Street. Building’s A & C are wood framed structures, while building D is a pre-engineered metal building structure. All buildings’ façades are a combination of storefront, stucco, and metal wall panels with metal roofs.
