Located on the Thrive Academy campus in Baton Rouge, this green-field project houses over 17 new state-of-the-art classrooms and seminar rooms, science lab, art room, and music rooms. The facility also houses administrative offices and support space. A flexible, two-story tall large space is provided on the west side of the building to accommodate a regulation high school basketball and volleyball gymnasium. The two-story academic building includes easily accessible vertical circulation with stairs and an elevator.

In addition, the site consists of 4,014 square yards of asphalt for parking, drives, and concrete sidewalks. Relocation of existing site utilities from under the building pad as well as new infrastructure to feed the new facility were also part of the project scope.

Also on campus, LEMOINE has also completed Thrive Academy Dormitory.
