Tsunami Sushi Restaurant and Bar was constructed on the sixth floor of theShaw Center for the Arts in downtown Baton Rouge, which was also built by LEMOINE. The restaurant includes a full bar, sushi bar and a fish room, and features concrete counter-tops, concrete floors, and an open to the structural ceiling. The outdoor paved deck overlooks the Mississippi River Bridge and Louisiana State University and offers additional dining and community space.

LEMOINE also completed the Tsunami New Orleans location.
