Tsunami Sushi Restaurant and Bar was an interior renovation of the first floor and mezzanine level tenant space within the existing Pan American Life Center in New Orleans’ Central Business District.

The approximately 6,700 SF restaurant includes a sushi and drink bars, back of house support areas, a dining area, and office space. This is Tsunami’s fourth location, and the second constructed by LEMOINE, also building the restaurant’s signature Baton Rouge location, Tsunami at the Shaw Center for the Arts.
