This project includes the total development, design services, and construction of the following areas within Tier 1 of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s Master Plan: Student-Athlete Performance Center (APC), South Endzone Improvements, and Soccer/Track Facility.

South Endzone Expansion:
This component of the Tier I Package included the infill of the south endzone consisting of a new concrete structure with aluminum bench-backed seating resulting. Completion of this component in August 2014 provided an additional 5,900 seats added in the South Endzone of Cajun Field Football Stadium in time for the 2014 Home Opener. This phase of work also included the construction of two new buildings totaling approximately 19,700 square feet to house new concessions and restroom facilities.

Student-Athlete | Performance Center:
The new Student-Athlete Performance Center serves as an extension of the existing Leon Moncla Indoor Practice Facility. The 67,000 square foot facility addition serves as the heart of the Athletics Department as it is the central home to all athletic training, equipment, strength and conditioning, as well as the &nbsp|football administrative team. A visitor locker room was also constructed at a size of approximately 8,000 square feet as part of this phase.

Soccer and Track Facility:
This component of the project includes demolition of existing locker rooms, field house, press box, and an office facility along with the construction of a new 15,000 square foot office, new ticketing, new press box, and new locker room facility.

Lemoine has completed several other projects for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette including Campus Housing, Campus Housing Parking Garage, and the Student Union Addition and Renovations.
