This guard facility includes (2) tractor trailer weighmaster scales, (1) inspection canopy with a covered walkway leading to the building, (1) entrance canopy with vehicle / pedestrian barriers, a covered main entrance, lobby, offices, bathrooms, break room, and support spaces. Scope included the foundation and any utilities within 5’-0” (five feet) of the foundation for the weighmaster scales, installation of vehicle / pedestrian barriers, utility connections, all exterior temporary and permanent access drives, parking lots, sidewalks, exterior improvements, and landscaping.
