Located in Lafayette’s premier Village of River Ranch, this tenant improvement project was completed for Whitney Bank within LEMOINE’s newly completed Camellia Tower V.
Camellia Tower V consisted of a four-story, 51,605 square foot office building shell and core. Lemoine also went on to complete the interior spaces for the anchor tenant, Whitney Bank, consisting of 20,000 square feet of the overall building space. The new Whitney Bank location serves as the new regional headquarters for the Lafayette, Central Louisiana, and Morgan City markets. The new office space houses approximately 50 bank associates and all of Whitney’s lines of business.
